your tired face,

your super cute fanservice,

your father figure image,

your dumbness,

your way of taking care of other members,

your experience going through rough times (him talking about going through a slump phase, BaekChen on 130721 Sukira), your dissatisfaction when you feel like you’re not doing good enough (EXOST ep4, when Luhan saw him crying), your sassy personality (BaekDo show on EXOST ep7), your hopes and dreams to be a person with various talents (EXO on 130606 SSTP) and last but not least, your imperfections and flaws (because you are human after all).

From the moment when I first watched you performed What is Love during EXO’s debut showcase, I knew I’ll never be able to not not support and love you. You’ve come a long way since MAMA era. From working your way through performing MAMA countless of times to showcasing your variety skills in variety shows (Weekly Idol, Running Man, Showtime, radio shows) to being one of the mc for Inkigayo and now having the lead role in a musical (Singing in The Rain as Don Lockwood).

You’ve improved so much even with the shortest amount of training and I couldn’t be more prouder of you. It’s just like what you had said ‘Life’s a path full of efforts’ and you’ve lived through that well and have inspired me to be the best version of me I could be. I can never thank you enough for that. Thank you for existing, thank you for being you (flaws and all), thank you for always making my days brighter each day. Thank you for being the prince and light of my life, Byun Baekhyun~!
